The company’s bottling facilities are located at an altitude of approximately 500m in Vatsounia Mouzaki, in the prefecture of Karditsa. They are in the foothills of the Agrafa mountain range and employ more than 90 workers who come mainly from the local community.
The packaging used for bottling the natural mineral water is PET bottles, bag/box, glass bottles, and the new ELOPAK eco-friendly carton packaging. All materials meet the strictest standards for Food Safety and Hygiene.
All bottling lines are state-of-the-art and fully automated to ensure both the quality of the products produced and the safety of staff and facilities.
The company has a fully equipped, quality laboratory where the company’s trained Quality Assurance and quality control staff perform quality controls at all stages of the production process as well as quality controls on packaging materials and all final products.
The company has the latest technology equipment, specially designed storage areas and a FIFO logistics system.
The Private Certification Scheme “Covid-Shield” was developed by TÜV AUSTRIA with a focus on Health, Safety, and Business Continuity. It is a comprehensive Certification Scheme aimed at increasing citizens’ and consumers’ trust in companies that apply and are certified with the TÜV AUSTRIA Covid-Shield Certification Scheme.
